Sarah Palin: A Fearless Vow To Never Sit Down And Shut Up

I know that it isn’t about me personally, but it is about the message, that I am not hesitant at all to spread across this country, and that is that our country is on the wrong track. We’ve got to get it back on the right track . . . to allow us to be prosperous and healthy and safe again. . . . Those on the left hate my message, and they’ll do all that they can to stop me.

~ Sarah Palin

The left continues the blood libel against Sarah Palin, still desperately trying to make their zombie followers think Arizona was all Sarah's fault, as well as the fault of members of the Tea Party. Of course, they are also angered that she stood up and defended not only herself,  but her strong message. Now this isn't just confined to the left. The Republican establishment hacks are joining the left in saying she shouldn't defend herself.

The squishy Republicans, who just want to be loved, have no idea how to defend their positions. This is why America is in such bad shape. For decades Republicans, especially establishment Republicans, have been little more than enablers, useful idiots, as the radical left grabbed more and more power. Now we are at the eve of our nation's very demise, thanks not only to the left, and their insane policies, but the Republicans too timid to stop them.

Some get it though, as we are seeing more people stand up and call the naysayers out. Matt Schneider writing in the left wing Mediaite had this to say:

Last night Sarah Palin appeared on Fox News with Sean Hannity, and although some feel all she did was preach to the choir, she actually accomplished a whole lot more with this passionate and, dare I say, courageous appearance. Not only did she rally her conservative troops, but she also laid the foundation for her continued relevance as a national figure while also skillfully establishing why she believed the mainstream media, and liberals in general, despise her. Simply put, she’s the most effective messenger for conservative principles and she will not be silenced.

Despite calling the Arizona shooter "evil" and praying for the families impacted by the tragedy, critics continue to think Palin focused too much on herself as the victim. Yet remember Palin was the one dragged into this conversation, by no choice of her own, with allegations implying she and others somehow contributed to the murders. Therefore, why shouldn’t anyone in her position be entitled to every opportunity to defend themselves against such vitriolic smears?

Palin claimed her controversial video response to the tragedy "wasn’t self-defense, it was defending those who were falsely accused," which also included other conservative commentators and members of the Tea Party. This eagerness to fight for unrestrained freedom of speech for all and her refusal to apologize for using the term "blood libel" are early signs of Palin’s leadership capabilities and her confidence to never back down, even when under intense fire from the media.

Palin’s tenacity in part derives from her rational understanding of why she is so frequently targeted.

Her message, more specifically hinted at during this appearance, is a growing concern over the debt, the looming energy crisis, and various national security policies.

No matter one’s political beliefs though, it’s hard to dispute that Palin displays a fierce determination in the face of substantial adversity with her promise that "I’m not going to sit down, I’m not going to shut up" about issues in which she believes and with an admirable willingness to "take the darts and the arrows" she receives from all critics while continuing to speak. And when her most significant issue is ensuring that "peaceful dissent and discussion about ideas [is not] stifled by a tragic event," Palin’s efforts toward this goal should surely be welcomed by all.

Before this interview, some considered Palin at the end of her political career, puke-worthy or not well-educated, while many conservative voices refrained from publicly defending Palin or even suggested dismissing her as radioactive or overly scripted. Did all of these commentators and politicians make inaccurate assessments or premature predictions more reflective of conventional wisdom or their own wishful thinking, rather than based on what now seems to be Palin’s realistic political future? "You betcha!"

We have heard the Ruling Class and their media proclaim Sarah Palin's career "finished" numerous times since November of 2008. Each and every time they have not just been wrong, but spectacularly wrong.

Watching her interview with Sean Hannity on Monday, I saw the determination in her eyes and heard it in her voice. She's a fighter. She will never back down. She will never shut up.

And thank God for that!

Oops: America Not Buying Left Wing Lies About Sarah Palin, Arizona Shooting

.... Even half of the DEMOCRATS polled aren't buying it!

Well now .... it looks like the efforts by the left wing and their media partners to blame Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, talk radio, and puppies for the Arizona tragedy just ain't makin' it. Kinda sad because they have tried so hard, using the most extreme pretzel logic imaginable, to use this tragedy for political gain.

Ed Morrissey over at Hot Air notes:

A majority of 57% say that politics had nothing to do with the shooting, and even a plurality of 49% of Democrats agree (via Dan Spencer):

Nearly six in 10 Americans say the country’s heated political rhetoric is not to blame for the Tucson shooting rampage that left six dead and critically wounded U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, according to a CBS News poll.

In the wake of the shooting, much focus has been put on the harsh tone of politics in Washington and around the country, particularly after a contentious midterm election. Rhetoric and imagery from both Republicans and Democrats have included gun-related metaphors, but the majority of the country isn’t connecting the shooting to politics.

It seems that the public has been able to separate the spin from the actual facts, which show that Loughner was a loon acting out of insanity and a personal grudge against Giffords, one completely of his own making. The publicity-hound sheriff who’s supposed to be leading the investigation may want to get around to, you know, looking at the evidence, as the feds apparently have done:

There’s mounting evidence that the attack on Rep. Gabrielle Giffords wasn’t a political act but a plan by a disturbed high school dropout who had few friends and no clear agenda. …Instead, Loughner may have had some self-generated dislike of Giffords that stemmed from when he first spoke to her at an event in 2007.

Looks like the left has failed massively here. The American people aren't stupid. They understand that someone who leans to the left, and has been obsessing on Congresswoman Giffords long before Sarah Palin was known, or the Tea Party existed, might just have other issues.

As Morrissey continues:

The media spin of the first 48 hours failed to even convince the predisposed. Only 42% of Democrats in the survey believed that the shootings were a political act, and independents broke out at about the same ratio as the overall sample, 56/33. That is very good news for America, and bad news for those in the media and in Congress who hoped to leverage the shooting to pass gun-control and speech-control legislation and bully grassroots conservatives into silence.

We knew the devious little buggers on the left would overplay this and turn everyone off, but the moment we knew they had really crashed and burned came last night during the Sean Hannity Show. Bob Beckel, one of THE most partisan democrats out there, and absolutely no fan of Sarah Palin's, quietly and calmly defended her. Beckel didn't just defend her, but took some pride in the fact that he, in his words, "invented the idea of putting targets on politicians."

I know the left will never stop attacking, and the corrupt media will never stop carrying their water, but it's comforting to know the American people are much smarter than they are and won't buy into their lies and smears.

Jews For Sarah: Now Sarah Palin Is "An Honorary Jew"

Our friends over at JewsForSarah sent us this today:

JewsForSarah ‘Comment of the Year’ Award . . . Goes to . . .

Eugene V., of Albany, CA, who wrote us:

The propensity of the liberal media to blame everything on Sarah Palin reminds me of how the Jew-haters blame everything on Jews. Hence, I move to make Sarah an ‘honorary Jew.’But we need a minyan [quorum for public prayer]. Are there 9 more Jews who are willing to join me?

Sarah has a strong following among the independent Jewish community. She has long stood with Israel, that, and her stand for Freedom and Liberty is quite inspiring.

More Violent Democrats: Congressman Paul Kanjorski On Florida Governor Rick Scott: "Put him against the wall and shoot him."

As the corrupt media, and lying, hypocritical democrats [yeah, I know, same thing] continue to try and blame Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, and everyone else for the tragic mass murder in Arizona by a crazed left winger, we are continuing to highlight real calls for violence and death by democrats.

The latest is from corrupt democrat Paul Kanjorski, a Congressman who was just soundly defeated in November. Before the election Kanjorski made the statement that Florida's Rick Scott, now Governor Rick Scott, should be put against a wall and shot.

As the American Spectator's Jeffrey Lord reports:

Congressman Paul Kanjorski, the Pennsylvania Democrat who just lost his seat to Hazleton Mayor Lou Barletta, a Republican, had another target on his mind before he lost his election.
Curiously, that would be Rick Scott, now the Republican Governor-elect of Florida. Kanjorski is clearly not a Scott fan. In fact, he has suggested that the Governor-elect should be…shot.

You read that right. Here's the quote, which seemed to vanish in the pre-election haze. It was reported at the time in the Scranton Times

From the Scranton Times:

"That Scott down there that's running for governor of Florida," Mr. Kanjorski said. "Instead of running for governor of Florida, they ought to have him [sic] and shoot him. Put him against the wall and shoot him. He stole billions of dollars from the United States government and he's running for governor of Florida. He's a millionaire and a billionaire. He's no hero. He's a damn crook. It's just we don't prosecute big crooks."

This is pretty big talk from one of the most corrupt bastards in Congress!

Here's a bit on what this crook was up to and an accompanying video:

Democrat Paul Kanjorski directed millions of taxpayer dollars for a company created and run by his family.

This video is about the case of Pennsylvania Democratic congressman Paul Kanjorski, who earmarked millions of taxpayer dollars for a company run by his family.

In a startling interview, Joe Yudichak, who ran the non-profit Regional Equipment Center in Kanjorski's district, says the congressman initially tried to bully him into helping Kanjorski direct the money to Kanjorski's family members. In the documentary, Yudichak recounts his conversation with Kanjorski: "He said, 'You're telling me I can't take care of my family?' He said, 'Well, I'm telling you, it's gonna be done. And it's gonna be done with you or without you.' And he said, 'I'll bury you. I'll destroy you.'"

Kanjorski later earmarked more than $10 million directly to the company run by his family. The money was supposed to fund the development of new technologies to help turn around desperate coal towns and make them prosperous.

The company, Cornerstone Technologies, went bankrupt.

Harold Shobert, head of Pennsylvania State University's Energy Institute, and a leading expert on anthracite coal, worked with Cornerstone on one project. Shobert said "It was clear that these guys were clueless as to how to do research and development," "It was sort of like trying to collaborate with the cast of Looney Tunes."

This Fox New's Chris Wallace's reporting on this corrupt scumbag former Congressman:

Kanjorski is a crook, a liar, a hypocrite, and a despicable human being. Pennsylvania voters were right to throw this dirt back out of office. This is a good look though, at how democrats constantly project their own wicked personality traits on others.

One wonders if he would recommend the same punishment he wished on Governor Rick Scott, for himself.

One thing's for sure, this crook should be in prison.

Now one has to ask, which is more likely to incite a left wing whack-job, who had been stalking someone since 2007, before the Tea Party was formed, and anyone knew who Sarah Palin was: Some map, or a crooked scumbag democrat Congressman engaging in Soviet style class warfare and calling for the actual death of the Governor of Florida?

We all know the hypocrisy from the left knows no bounds, but they have really jumped the shark with this Arizona tragedy.

More to come.

Is The Arizona Killer A Product of Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik's Incompetence?

When Pima County's left wing sheriff, Clarence Dupnik waddled out to the microphones [with bodies still lying on the ground] and started blaming the mass murder on Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, talk radio, athlete's foot, and the heartbreak of psoriasis, we figured he was just another vile democrat stooge using the tragedy to score cheap political points and attack those who oppose the radical democrat agenda.

Now it appears the sheriff had a completely different motivation: Save his own incompetent ass!

It's already been widely discussed that Jared Lee Loughner, the killer, has had many run in with the law. Now we have more details. The killer had been threatening various county officials, radio personalities, local bloggers, and so on. He was a well known to the Pima County Sheriff's Department as a danger to the community.

This is the report that Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik has been dreading since the tragic event on Saturday January 8.

The sheriff has been editorializing and politicizing the event since he took the podium to report on the incident. His blaming of radio personalities and bloggers is a pre-emptive strike because Mr. Dupnik knows this tragedy lays at his feet and his office. Six people died on his watch and he could have prevented it. He needs to step up and start apologizing to the families of the victims instead of spinning this event to serve his own political agenda.

Jared Loughner, pronounced by the Sheriff as Lock-ner, saying it was the Polish pronunciation. Of course he meant Scott or Irish but that isn’t the point. The point is he and his office have had previous contact with the alleged assailant in the past and that is how he knows how to pronounce the name.

Jared Loughner has been making death threats by phone to many people in Pima County including staff of Pima Community College, radio personalities and local bloggers. When Pima County Sheriff’s Office was informed, his deputies assured the victims that he was being well managed by the mental health system. It was also suggested that further pressing of charges would be unnecessary and probably cause more problems than it solved as Jared Loughner has a family member that works for Pima County.

Amy Loughner is a Natural Resource specialist for the Pima County Parks and Recreation. My sympathies and my heart goes out to her and the rest of Mr. Loughner’s family. This tragedy must be tearing them up inside wondering if they had done the right things in trying to manage Jared’s obvious mental instability.

Read more here.

The behavior of Sheriff Dupnik in this situation has been despicable and immoral. This left wing hack was one of the first to fan the flames. Dupnik riled up the left wing kooks, which has caused them to make numerous death threats against Sarah Palin, and others, for no other reason than to try and shift blame from his own sorry self.

It's quite obvious the Pima County Sheriff's Department had plenty of warning that this deranged lunatic, Jared Lee Loughner, was a ticking time bomb. Not only did the sheriff's department give false information, causing people to let their guard down, it also appears the department actively discouraged further actions against this lunatic, because one of his family members worked for the county.

Unbelievable.

On every level Sheriff Clarence Dupnik is a disgrace. He's a disgrace to his uniform, to his community, and to humanity. But most of all he's a disgrace for trying to blame his own incompetence on anyone else. A decent man would resign and apologize. I wouldn't hold my breath though. People like Sheriff Clarence Dupnik will never admit their sins.

If I were Arizona Governor Jan Brewer I would call for this disgraceful and despicable little man to resign.

Actually I would demand it.

Listen Up Lefties: The Difference Between The DNC's Bull's-Eyes And Sarah Palin's Surveyor's Crosshairs

The radical left and their allies in the media have been working over time trying to blame the tragic mass murder in Arizona Saturday morning on Sarah Palin. The "smoking gun" they claim is the "Take Back The 20" campaign Sarah launched last year. This was an effort to defeat vulnerable democrats in congressional districts that she and John McCain won in 2008. It was a targeted effort.

Most ad campaigns for ANYTHING are targeted efforts. Doesn't matter if you are selling Coca-Cola or Ford Mustangs, advertisers target markets, or groups. Here Sarah was targeting districts and the voters, hoping to get the voters to chose the Republican candidate over the democrat. In all but a few districts Sarah's program was highly successful.

Now at the time, the left tried to make hay with this, and attack Sarah. Back then the lies from the left were countered with the fact those symbols on the map were not gun sights, but surveyor's crosshairs. Talking with Tammy Bruce Saturday evening, Rebecca Mansour confirmed as much.

Of course, those on the rabid and radical left aren't having it. Ignorance happens to be one of their greatest commodities.

With that in mind, I thought we'd take a little trip back in time, all the way back to 2004, and the presidential election. The lead photo is from an effort by the Democrat National Committee. If you notice, rather than use surveyor's crosshairs, as the graphics in Sarah's ad did, they use traditional bull's-eyes. the symbols for targets and target shooting.

Of course the radical and rabid left insist that Sarah Palin was inciting violence since she used "military terms" in her ads. Big whoop. Sarah is a championship basketball player. Most people in sports use military metaphors all of the time. Every basketball player dreams of "taking the winning shot" as Sarah Palin did to win the state championship for her team.

But let's say we sorta buy in to the left wing nonsense. The first three words in the DNC advertisement called "Targeting Strategy" are "BEHIND ENEMY LINES." [capitalized] Those are military terms too. It's interesting that Barack Obama also looks at anyone not on board within his agenda as enemies as well. As he stated in an interview with Univision before the 2010 elections:

If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're going to punish our enemies and we're going to reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us,' if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it's going to be harder.

Such is the mentality of the left.

Now back to the issue at hand. Clearly it's OK when the left uses "military language" and puts up actual bull's-eye targets in their advertising, but if Sarah Palin "targets" someone she's "inciting violence."

The hypocrisy on the left knows no bounds.

This is what the democrats use when they target and put a bull's-eye on their enemies:

Now let's look at Sarah Palin's advertisement:

Now to the sissies at the New York Times, and ignorant left wing bloggers, those symbols might look like gun sights, but they simply are not. As was explained to the radical and rabid left at the time, these are surveyor's symbols. Now of course, presenting facts to the left is usually meaningless, as they are indoctrinated from birth, so I figured some visuals were in order.

This is a surveyor's crosshair:

Amazingly, that looks EXACTLY like the symbol in Sarah's ad. Hmm.

This comes from the website Survey History and a page entitled: From A Treatise on Land Surveying, by W. M. Gillespie, New York 1870.

This shameless asshattery from the left is just disgusting. They protest the use of "military terms" by anyone but themselves.

Well, as yet another grand lie blows up in their faces, and once again they are hoisted with their own petard, maybe they should give up being pathetic and degenerate liars altogether.

Our Prayers For Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords And All Victims Of The Arizona Shooting

As you know by now, Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was among those attacked by a lone 22 year old crazy named Jared Loughner. Though the news is fluid at this time, we are pleased to hear, that despite being shot point blank in the head, the Congresswoman has undergone surgery and is responding. This is a true blessing.

Sadly, among the dead are Judge John Roll, the top federal judge in the district, and a nine year old child.

We are getting information fast and furious on the shooter, and will have more to say, but now is the time for prayers for all of the victims of this senseless violence.
