My goal is to make sure Barack Obama is not re-elected in 2012
~ Sarah Palin
Sarah Palin was a guest on Judge Jeanine Pirro's show Saturday night. This was a broad ranging interview with a of of red meat.
They start off talking about Israel and how Obama has disrespected Israel and the ramifications for the world. Sarah is strongly on Israel's side and suggests everyday American citizens stand up where our government isn't, and let the Israelis know we stand with them.
Egypt comes up and the fact Muslim extremists will probably come to power now that the Obama regime helped force Mubarak out of power. Also troubling is the fact Obama has decided to forgive $2 billion in debt Egypt owes the American people. Troubling since we owe our creditors over $14 trillion.
Next up comes the latest round of ObamaCare waivers exempting companies from having to participate in the "wonderful" health care law the democrats shoved down America''s throat. Once again, companies friendly to the Obama regime are the ones exempted, this time all of them are in Nancy Pelosi's district. This is exactly how communist nations like the Soviet Union used to operate. If you support the regime, and only as long as you support the regime, it's all good. Those who don't are punished.
Sarah calls for a congressional investigation of this obviously corrupt government. She further states if no one is ready to get into this, it signals no one in Washington is serious about good government, or the people they answer to.
From there the interview looks at 2012.
This is the fourth interview Sarah has given this week. She continues to call out the Obama regime and put pressure on others to do the same.
In case you missed it, here is Sarah Palin's interview with Jeanine Pirro. They talk about the budget deal, President Obama's ineffectiveness as a leader, and Paul Ryan's budget road map. Pirro also throws in a question about Trump's quest to find Obama's birth certificate.
As you can imagine, Sarah wasn't impressed with Obama's "leadership" in this mess. She was also angered by Obama's use of the military as a pawn in all of this. She had written: Commander in Chief’s Appalling Action with Our Troops prior to the appearance on Pirro's show. Sarah said that Obama deserved absolutely no credit whatsoever for the budget deal.
Sarah talked about Congressman Paul Ryan's budget road map. She called the plan, which cuts $6 trillion in 10 years a "good start." This signals to me that a President Palin will do in Washington what she did in Juneau, and slash spending to the bone.
As our readers know Sarah was one of the first to endorse Ryan's plan, which she did in an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal back in December. She's still the leading endorser of this bold plan.
Judge Pirro couldn't resist asking about Donald Trump's "quest" to find Obama's elusive birth certificate. Sarah had the right answer for her.
This subject has been discussed to death everywhere for better than three years. For the record, I agree with Sarah Palin. Obama was likely born in America, but it's odd that he has spent over $2 million paying lawyers to fight any attempt to force him to produce his actual birth certificate. We can leave it to the conspiracy theorists to ask why this is.
Personally, I think Obama has an eligibility problem, but it has nothing to do with where he was born. Suffice it to say, since Obama's father, if indeed Barack Obama Sr is his father, this is where the problem lies.
Obama Sr. was not a U.S. citizen. He was a British subject. That means Obama Jr. was not "natural born" as the Founders meant, and the Constitution insists on. The birth certificate nonsense is nothing but a distraction.
Anyhow, Sarah sounds reasonable here with her answer. From the way she answered the questions about "The Donald" I got the impression she had her tongue firmly planted in her cheek. By that I mean she seemed to be amused that Trump is spending time and effort on this useless exercise, rather than discussing the serious issues of the day.
As she said: "More power to him." I wonder if that's Alaskan for "Well bless his heart"!
