Yes, America, Sarah Palin Was Invited To Rolling Thunder

By Gary P Jackson

On Friday we published an article talking about patriot riders of Rolling Thunder praising Sarah and Todd Palin's acceptance to ride in their event Sunday to raise awareness of former P.O.W.s and those still missing in action.

Rolling Thunder is a wonderful organization full of real patriots, and Sarah Palin, the mother of an Iraq War veteran, as well as a former Commander-in-Chief of two military forces supports the military, and military charities regularly.

Sadly, Rolling Thunder's "legislative director," Ted Shpak, instead of checking with others, ran to the nearest MSNBC cameras and started trash talking.

Long story short, Shpak created a real mess. Even as we reported Nancy Regg had confirmed days ago that Sarah and Todd had been invited, the damage to the organization, and Sarah Palin's reputation was being done.

Now it seems Rolling Thunder's media director, Christine Colborne, has set the record straight. Yes, Sarah and Todd were invited to ride. Ed Morrissey at Hot Air was able contact Colborne and set the record straight:

After I read this story last night, I got in contact with Christine Colborne, who handles the media for Rolling Thunder. She explained that Shpak didn’t know that Palin had been indeed invited to ride at the event. The invitation came from a retired board member, Michael DiPaolo, who had connections in Alaska and got Palin to agree to attend.

Requests for high-profile personalities to attend the event are not new. Colborne mentioned that actor Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day) attended at least one of the Rolling Thunder events, as have other celebrities, usually just to ride with a lower profile. Most times, though, those requests don’t even get responses, let alone acceptances. That’s a shame, because the Rolling Thunder event highlights the issues surrounding American POWs and MIAs from the Vietnam War and later conflicts, as well as providing support to their families, who really need the emotional support they get from this group of volunteer veterans.

Colborne spoke with me on the phone in the middle of an all-night car ride to Washington DC, and explained that the last-minute RSVP didn’t get communicated through the echelons of Rolling Thunder. Everyone is either in transit or already in DC, and internal communication broke down as often happens before a major event. Shpak (and Colborne) were taken by surprise by Palin’s announcement. Shpak does have the authority to speak for the organization, Colborne says, but he had no idea that Palin was invited by DiPaolo, and Shpak worried that Palin’s arrival might be a “big distraction” from the issues on which Rolling Thunder wants people to focus. Obviously, Shpak — a Vietnam veteran himself — feels passionate about defending the organization, but went on NBC with faulty information. Shpak, Colborne, and almost everyone else at Rolling Thunder are volunteers, just ordinary people doing extraordinary work, and that means they get the occasional hiccup.

Read more here.

Ed is too kind. Having worked events that need coordination, and a bit of media savvy, one thing I learned the hard way is to never go shooting one's mouth off before one has all the facts.

Now I may be wrong, maybe Shpak made a good faith effort to contact someone.... anyone .... to see if the Palin's had been invited, and got no answer, or even a faulty answer. What I don't get though is why Shpak went directly to the most far left "news" organization on the planet to spout off. What purpose did it serve? Having a high profile leader attending your event is not a "big distraction." The reason people like Sarah Palin are invited to these events is to help spotlight them. BTW, these events are open to any and all, and no invitation is needed.

Now we have an entire issue surrounding an event that is all about honoring our nation's heroes.

The members who ride with Rolling Thunder are incredible. They do great work. That's why this entire event makes me sad.

I could go on and on about speculating if Shpak has a political agenda.I could speculate why Shpak went to MSNBC, a company whose CEO is in bed with the Obama regime, and runs hit pieces on Sarah Palin daily. I could also go on and on about the amount of positive attention having a world leader like Sarah Palin in attendance brings. What I really want to know though is who does Sarah Palin need to see to get her reputation back?

Idiot Dana Milbank Breaks His Own Sarah Palin "Moratorium"

This just keeps getting better! Earlier Jammie Wearin' Fool reported that Dana Milbank's own paper, the Washington Post, sold him down the river 9 hours into his little Palin "boycott" by recycling the story discredited "journalist" Andy Barr was pushing, and MSNBC ran their daily two minutes of Palin hate, right on schedule.

That was funny, but this is hilarious. It seems Milbank can't even control his own urges. He writes this:

I survived Day One of my February Sarah Palin moratorium, defeating the evil plans of ABC News's Rick Klein. Only 27 days to go...

"defeating the evil plans of ABC News's Rick Klein." Really Dana? REALLY?

Could this guy, Milbank, BE more of a cartoon character?

There video too!

Folks this is what passes for an "award winning journalist" at both the Washington Post AND ABC News. Both outlets wonder why fewer and fewer people trust them for news.

I know the first rule of Fight Club is to not talk about Fight Club, but evidently the first rule about a Palin boycott is to CONTINUALLY talk about Sarah Palin!

I wonder if these  wizbang little creatures know just how truly idiotic they are?

Uh Oh: Even James Carville’s Polling Firm Can't Get Obama to 50% Against Governor Palin

Ian Lazaran over at Conservatives4Palin put up a short blurb on the democrat's latest push polling:

Even James Carville’s polling firm cannot get Obama to get 50% against Governor Palin. She trails him by a reasonable ten points considering that it’s Carville’s firm (go ask re-elected Governor Corzine about how left-leaning Carville’s polling group is) and that this poll was taken at the same time that Governor Palin was being blood libeled. It’s quite amazing that Obama can only beat someone the Democrat Party effectively claims is an accessory to murder by ten points.

This poll also shows that Governor Palin has room to grow among her base. Only 83% of Republicans have decided who they are going to vote for her in a hypothetical Palin-Obama match-up while 98% of Democrats have decided. So she can close the margin pretty easily just by winning over undecided Republicans while Obama does not have any more room to grow among his Democrat Party base.

Governor Palin is also outperforming Mitt Romney among suburban voters in the match up with Barack Obama.

Ian makes a great point, here's the President of the United States, and he can't get even break 50% against an unemployed housewife from Alaska, who had the entire left wing media accuse her of mass murder just 11 days ago!

There's more to it than that though.

Carville's outfit polled 1000 likely voters. Out of these 1000 likely voters they over-sample youth voters by 200, unmarried women voters by 200 and non-white voters by 80. All three of these groups are more likely to vote democrat rather than Republican. And while it may not matter, as Obama's popularity slides further down .... in this poll .... people who voted for Obama in 2008 vs John McCain are oversampled four points: 47 to 43 percent respectively.

For the presidential match-up only 500 were sampled, with no breakdown of political affiliation given.

For the record, among these 500 likely voters, it's Obama 49 to Palin's 39. However, among those who actually voted in 2010, the numbers tighten up 47 Obama, 41 Palin. In either sample, 6% would like someone else at this point.

To put that into perspective, here we have Obama, someone who has a fawning media that actively works to put him in the very best light possible, and he is only six points ahead of a woman who is vilified in the media daily, accused of all but pulling the trigger in Arizona two Saturdays ago, and currently holds no office, nor is running for any.

And this is a heavily skewed poll that wildly favors the democrat position!

No wonder the left is so worried about Sarah Palin!

There's other bad news for the Obama regime as well. His approval rating is at 47 %, including 25% who strongly approve and 34% who strongly disapprove of his job performance. For a poll this heavily weighted in his favor that isn't good.

Also, when asked the "right track"-"wrong track" question about the nation, 58% think America is on the wrong track while only 33% feel things are going well.

Ian references a memo from the above poll that shows Sarah does better than Mitt Romney among his supposed base of support, suburban voters. Among suburban voters, Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney by 18 points (56 to 37) and Sarah Palin by 14 points (51 to 36).

Carville resurrects his old Clinton era meme "It's Jobs, Stupid" for his memo. Not sure how well that is going to work for Obama with near record high unemployment in many areas of the country!

There are three areas where Obama is really in trouble White non-college voters, white seniors, and rural non-South white voters.

Obama is losing white non-college voters by 22 points to Sarah Palin and Obama loses white seniors by 8 points to Sarah.

Among rural non-South white voters Obama trails Sarah Palin 42 to 48 percent.

All three are significant groups.

One other thing that is interesting. It looks like Carville's group REALLY hopes Mitt Romney is the Republican nominee, going by the wording they choose:

He is marginally ahead of Mitt Romney and dramatically ahead of Sarah Palin in the 2012 race.

I know James is known for his trash talkin', but come on now. You have a guy that some democrats have literally called a messiah, and he's only up six points against someone who is portrayed by the lamestream media as the most evil person who ever breathed, and this is a poll that skews democrat very heavily!

And this is before Sarah Palin has made one campaign stop, one policy speech, or for that matter even declared her intentions for 2012!

The only thing dramatic about this deal is just how strong Sarah shows, against all odds!

I was talking with a good friend tonight and the subject of polling came up. To put all of this in perspective, in March of 1980, the year of the Presidential election, Ronald Reagan was down 25 points to Jimmy Carter.

As they always do, the lamestream media was trying their darnedest to push a squishy unelectable moderate on the Republicans by saying that former President Gerald Ford [who Carter beat handily in 1976] was by far a better choice. Reagan beat Carter in one of the biggest electoral landslides in history: 489 votes to 49, winning 44 of 50 states.

Here we are two years out from a presidential election and Sarah Palin is only six points down to the current President of the United States.

Put another way, even with all of the glowing press Obama gets, the American people aren't pleased with him as President. He has nowhere to go but down. On the other hand, Sarah Palin has nowhere to go but up.

One would be quite foolish to count her out.

Poll: Nation’s Top Conservative Bloggers Choose Sarah Palin As Favorite For 2012

Right Wing News, one of the top Conservative websites recently invited the nation’s top Conservative bloggers to participate in a straw poll asking who they would likely support in 2012.

Seventy-two bloggers responded and are listed below in alphabetical order:

101 Dead Armadillos, Ace of Spades HQ, Alexa Shrugged, All That Is Necessary, The American Princess, And Rightly So, The Anchoress, Argghhhh!, Bad Example, Basil's Blog, Blonde Sagacity, Betsy's Page, Black and Right, Bookworm Room, Classical Values, Conservative Compendium, Melissa Clouthier, Dodgeblogium, Doubleplusundead, Ed Driscoll, Drumwaster's Rants, Eckernet, The EM Network, Election Projection, Exurban League, Eternity Road, Cassy Fiano, GayPatriot, GOPUSA Northeast, Guardian Watchblog, Hoosier Access, Infidels Are Cool, IMAO, The Jawa Report, Jenn Q. Public, The Liberal Heretics, Liberty's Heart, Likelihood of Confusion, Fingers Malloy, Mean Ol' Meany , Moe Lane, Mount Virtus, Midnight Blue, Moonbattery, No Oil For Pacifists, The New Ledger, Nice Deb, The Other McCain, Palousitics, Pundit Boy, Pursuing Holiness.com, QandO, Rightosphere, Right View from the Left Coast, Samizdata, Say Anything, Don Singleton, Sister Toldjah, The Smallest Minority, Snark and Boobs, Solomonia, Stop The ACLU, The Sundries Shack, Sunshine State Sarah, This Ain't Hell, The Underground Conservative, Weapons of Mass Discussion, Viral Footage, Wintery knight, YidwithLid, WyBlog

Several questions were asked of respondents:

If you had to choose from this list, which of the following candidates would you be most likely to support for President in 2012?

The results:

1) Sarah Palin: 30.6% (22 votes)

2) Mitch Daniels: 18.1% (13 votes)

3) Mike Pence: 15.3% (11 votes)

4) Haley Barbour: 11.1% (8 votes)

5) Tim Pawlenty: 8.3% (6 votes)

6) Mitt Romney: 6.9% (5 votes)

7) John Thune: 5.6% (4 votes)

8) Newt Gingrich: 4.2% (3 votes)

9) Mike Huckabee: 0.0% (0 votes)

Frankly I don't get the Mitch Daniels thing. He's about as establishment, and squishy as they come. Daniels recently said we should, for the lack of a better word ....surrender .... on social issues, so we can concentrate on the fiscal. That's all well and good, for a squish, but in most cases, social issues directly effect fiscal stability. They are intertwined.

It's interesting to note the usual suspects: Romney, Gingrich, and especially Huckabee find little or no love among Conservatives.

Another question asked was this:

Now, let's change direction: which of the following candidates would you be LEAST LIKELY to support for President in 2012?

The results:

1) Mike Huckabee: 44.4% (32 votes)

2) Mitt Romney: 20.8% (15 votes)

3) Newt Gingrich: 19.4% (14 votes)

4) Sarah Palin: 9.7% (7 votes)

5) John Thune: 2.8% (2 votes)

5) Haley Barbour: 2.8% (2 votes)

7) Mike Pence: 0.0% (0 votes)

7) Tim Pawlenty: 0.0% (0 votes)

7) Mitch Daniels: 0.0% (0 votes)

This one kinda speaks for it self. Again, the usual suspects, the establishment elites the GOP will be pushing come 2012, get no love.

We can tell you that a run by Huckabee or Romney will be met with great resistance throughout the blogosphere. To put it as nicely as possible, both are phonies, and both had horrendous records during their time as Governors.

Romney will have an especially rough go of it, because his RomneyCare in Massachusetts, was the blue print for ObamaCare, and is serving as the canary in the coal mine for what the entire nation is about to endure with Obama’s great boondoggle.

Obviously this poll isn't a great predictor of what will happen in 2012, but it shows where Conservative opinion makers stand. How they are reading the Tea leaves, so to speak.

Sarah Palin: For The Tea Party, November 2nd Is Just The Beginning. This Is The Reawakening Of America

Tuesday night Greta aired the second part of a two part interview with Sarah Palin. You can view part one, if you missed it, here.

Sarah Palin has thrown down the gauntlet to the Republican elites as well as the radical left. Like the Tea Party itself, Sarah is telling the establishment, in BOTH parties that it's over. Business as usual isn't cutting it, and simply will not be allowed to continue.

Anyone who has been paying attention knows the Tea Party is about throwing the bums out. On the Republican side so-called "moderate" (code for far left) candidates are being unceremoniously shown the door by common sense conservatives backed by Tea Party Patriots.

The Tea Party is backing solid common sense candidates against the radical left Marxist-democrats in anticipation of what should be a bloodbath for the radicals come November. The thrashing the Marxist-democrat party is about to experience is like nothing seen before in the history of our Republic.

The next Congress will be decidedly more representative of the American people. That is when the real change begins. That's when the restoration of America as a Constitutional, Representative Republic, based on the Rule of Law begins.

Sarah, like a lot of us see the Tea Party, not as a political party, a "third party" per se, but more of a watchdog. A permanent watchdog movement that will forever hold the politicians who work for us accountable. As Sarah herself says: "The Tea Party Is The Future Of American Politics"

A whole lot of useless, corrupt, congresscritters, in both parties, are going to get fired in November. That is just the start. A lot of the elites think after November has come and gone, the Tea Party Patriots will just go home, and the elites will be able to go back doing what they have always done. They are in for a rude awakening.

In November we will hire a whole new Congress. We will expect them to live up to American values and follow the Constitution. If they can't get this done, guess what, come 2012, we'll fire them too, and find someone else to take THEIR place.

It really is that simple.

It's become abundantly clear that Sarah Palin is going to run for President in 2012. You listen to her words. She, like most of us, is sick of the establishment, the elites, the Ruling Class. Sarah has no problem calling these people out, especially those in her own party.

The left and the media (OK, same thing, I know) have worked overtime to create a caricature of Sarah as some sort of far right ideologue, a hyper-partisan politician. This, of course, is wrong.

One of the things that made Sarah Palin one of the most successful Governors in the nation was her desire to do what was right, not what was good for the party. In fact, I think one could say Sarah has a healthy disdain for both parties. She certainly has no problem taking bad actors in either party to the woodshed when needed. She also had no problem working when anyone, so long as it was good for Alaska. The party affiliation of who she worked with meant little to her.

We all know why the left hates her. Sarah Palin is the most articulate spokesmen for American values and American exceptionalism since Ronald Reagan. Sarah loves this country and believes in this country. She believes in the greatness of the American people. Sarah represents everything the left hates.

Having Sarah Palin as the Republican nominee in 2012 would mean the American people will have a clear choice of good vs evil at the ballot box, not the "lesser of two evils" we are usually treated to. It most certainly won't be Marxist-democrat vs Marxist-democrat light as is the norm.

This, BTW, is why elements in the Republican Party, the elites, work so hard behind the scenes to discredit Sarah. To dismiss her. The go along, get along "moderates" who are little more than enablers for the Communist left, have no place in Sarah Palin’s Republican Party, and they know it. Sarah Palin is a tough, strong woman. She has the ability and desire to finish what Ronald Reagan started.

Now, how do I know Sarah Palin is running for President? It's as plain as the nose on your face. Sarah is doing exactly what she did in Alaska before she ran for Governor, and defeated the Republican incumbent, Frank Murkowski.

As you know, Sarah, as the top energy and environmental regulator in Alaska, uncovered massive corruption in and out of Government, with much of it tied to Murkowski. Unable to do anything, as Murkowski was protecting his people, Sarah resigned, and with the threat of prison coming from Alaska's Attorney General if she blew the whistle, did just that. Sarah blew the whistle on all of these people, and helped some of them find their way to the federal prison system.

This is basically what Sarah is doing now, on a much grander scale. Taking down a bunch of rough and corrupt "good old boys" was just a dress rehearsal for what she is doing to the dysfunctional Republican Party all across the country, and about to do to the Marxist-democrat party.

With roughly 2 years to go, even the time line is about the same as it was up in Alaska.

Sarah has been building a network of solid common sense conservative men and women nationwide who will be there to help her govern this nation and restore our Republic.

Sarah is making sure that when she takes office in 2013 she will have a solid team and be able to hit the ground running.

More Mitt Romney Leadership Fail: Day Late And A Dollar Short Edition

Sarah Palin sunk her teeth into Obama’s posterior back in September of 2008, and like a pit bull, has never let go. She has hammed Obama unmercifully for almost two years, and has been right about the guy every time. She has not only been leading the national resistance to Obama, and his communist regime, she has reduced him to the quiver mass of indecision and incompetence that we now see on display.

Because of Sarah Palin, Obama is a beaten and broken man. A lame duck waiting to be mercifully put out of his misery come 2012.

Looks like noted "Profile in Courage" Mitt Romney is up to his old tricks again.

As we all know, Sarah Palin came out the other day and gave Barack Obama one of the most epic dressing downs in online history, and then followed up in numerous television interviews. Just hammered the poor guy, telling him we need a lot more ass kickin, and a whole lot less talkin’. You can read about it here.

We also know that thanks to Sarah Palin, and others, Obama will indeed be talking to British Petroleum’s CEO, Tony Hayward, something that, amazingly, he hasn’t done since this entire fiasco started. You can read about that here.

In what is becoming a real trend, Mitt Romney, and the other GOP back benchers, have started coming out of hiding, now that Sarah Palin has done all of the heavy lifting, and thoroughly knocked Obama off his pedestal, exposing him as the incompetent, inexperienced dolt that he is.

It seems Romney, and others want to try and sneak in and grab some glory by going "me too" after Sarah has done all of the ass kickin’, and then stand up and crow about their "leadership."

Stacy Drake wrote an excellent piece on Romney and the rest of the GOP establishment "Good Old Boy Network." when Romney tried to take credit for a bunch of wins on Super Tuesday, and the country clubbers in the GOP tried to downplay the hard work Sarah Palin has done. You can read Stacy’s great fantastic here.

The one that got me going was the endorsement of Nikki Haley for Governor in South Carolina. Now granted, Romney had endorsed Nikki a few weeks before Sarah did, but Nikki, who suffered from poor name recognition, still had the same problem after Romney endorsed her, and was stuck in fourth place. Sarah came in and endorsed her and within a couple of days, she was the front runner, and looked to run away with the win.

That’s when the South Carolina "Good Old Boy Network" got things in high gear, something Sarah understands all too well. All sorts of nonsense started flying, from claims of affairs, to racist fools calling her a "raghead" (Nikki is of Indian heritage) to claims she wasn’t a Christian. It got so bizarre it was hard to follow all of the latest lies told about Nikki.

Of course, Nikki Haley is an incredibly strong, articulate candidate, and this nonsense didn’t phase her one little bit. She just kept on pounding her message of common sense conservative leadership home. Easy to see why Sarah chose her. Although she didn’t win 50.1 percent of the vote, she did get almost as many votes as her three challengers combined, 49 percent. So she will have a run-off, but all the polls show it’s a forgone conclusion, Nikki will be the Republican candidate for Governor, and of course, the next Governor of the Palmetto State.

Nikki won because she is an excellent leader, someone, not unlike Sarah Palin, who has a long record of reforming government. She made her case to the people of her state, and they liked what they heard.

Here’s the problem, when all the slimiest of the slime, the very worst politics has to offer, crawled from every crack and crevice to attack Nikki, it was Jenny Sanford and Sarah Palin who circled the wagons, and stood by her side. Mitt Romney was no where to be found. AWOL.

And yet., Mitt, all of his fan boy websites, and his buddies in the lamestream media, rushed to credit the GOP’s show pony with a big win.

Sarah also played a huge part in Carly Fiorina’s win in California, not only by helping her reach front runner status, but by talking about her at every opportunity, and hammering the point home that Carly was the right person to go after Barbara Boxer. Carly won big.

Romney on Carly? Crickets.

In the latest bid to try and fool America into believing he’s a leader, by trying to piggy back on Sarah’s hard work, and great success, Romney is now beclowning himself by starting a petition to tell Barack Obama to meet with BP’s Tony Hayward, something that .... thanks to a little talkin’ to from Sarah Palin ....he already has planned.

This guy, Romney, is magnificently pathetic in this latest effort.

Ian Lazaran at C4P has this to offer:

Mitt Romney Has Forced Me to Defend Barack Obama

Mitt Romney has done the unthinkable and forced a partisan like myself to defend Barack Obama. Romney's latest inane maneuver has been to ask the minority of Republicans who view him favorably to sign a petition demanding that the community organizer call the President of British Petroleum.

Perhaps the Republican Party hacks who work for Romney (is Eric Ferhnstrom still claiming that Scott Brown stopped Obamacare?) haven't seen the news but here it is (emphasis added):

The administration is acceding to the wishes of Sarah Palin and Matt Lauer, and summoning BP to the White House.

The top federal official overseeing the Gulf oil spill has invited BP executives to meet with President Obama next week....Conservative commentators, including former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, have been criticizing Mr. Obama for not having met face to face with BP executives.

Obama’s reluctance to go mano-a-mano with BP also generated political heat....In a Facebook post Tuesday, former Republican Vice Presidential Candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin scoffed at the president’s explanation on NBC and mocked the press for taking so long to press the president on the issue.

So Romney's petition is essentially asking Barack Obama to do...what he already has done because of prodding from "conservative commentators, including former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin." (the Associated Press' words, not mine). It's pretty stupid to bash Obama for taking a step that he already took just for the purpose of making it seem like you are an important voice.

Look, the best political strategy at this point is to explain why the community organizer has failed with respect to the Obama oil spill. Palin explained on Greta's show that the contingency plan approved by MMS in the event of an oil spill consisted of just boilerplate language based on an Alaska contingency plan. Palin explained that an oil spill in the Gulf is completely different from an oil spill in Alaska. This is what we need to hear from our Republican leaders, rather than cheap partisan stunts like Romney's BP petition.

Ian is a lot more charitable than I am. This has got to be the most sophomoric attempt in political history.

Seriously, Mitt Romney is so desperate to remain relevant and "appear" like he’s a leader, he has just become a caricature of one.

It’s quite obvious that Romney’s game plan for a White House run is to hide as much as possible, and not make any effort to lead, lest he get it wrong, and later have to flip and flop around, as he is well known to do, then pop up when the coast is clear and shout "look at me!"

I mean why not? Just stay hidden in the shadows, watch Sarah Palin kick ass and take names, then jump up and scream "me too!"

This is about as cowardly as one can get, and shows not only an incredible lack of leadership ability, but also a lack of ability to actually solve problems, or offer up real solutions.

Sarah Palin sunk her teeth into Obama’s posterior back in September of 2008, and like a pit bull, has never let go. She has hammed Obama unmercifully for almost two years, and has been right about the guy every time. She has not only been leading the national resistence to Obama, and his communist regime, she has reduced him to the quiver mass of indecision and incompetence that we now see on display.

Because of Sarah Palin, Obama is a beaten and broken man. A lame duck waiting to be mercifully put out of his misery come 2012.

Now this wasn’t a cake walk for Sarah. Look, taking down Obama was child’s play. She’s had his number since the day John McCain picked her as his running mate, and has been living, rent free in his head, and the heads of his team, ever since.Sarah has taken on a lot tougher opponents.

The tough part for Sarah has been putting up with all of the hate and lies aimed at her from the Obama regime, his hand picked Alaska Mafia ©, and all of his helpers in the lamestream media. In the best tradition of thugs, despots, and dictators the world over, they have thrown the very best they have at Sarah and her family, and she is still standing.

Not only is Sarah still standing after some of the most vile and hateful attacks we have ever witnessed, she has THRIVED. Sarah has only become stronger and more powerful. Sarah has proven herself to be one of the greatest leaders of our time. Someone who isn’t afraid to stick her neck out for what she believes in.

But that doesn’t mean it was easy for her, or her family, to take.

Now Sarah is rather humble, and is quite slow to take credit of any of this. She often quotes Ronald Reagan who was fond of saying that, it was amazing what one can accomplish, when they didn’t care about who gets the credit for it. Witness this in how she totally downplayed her efforts in electing Nikki Haley, Carly Fiorina, Susanna Martinez, and others across the nation.

I like that Sarah’s humble, shows she has her head on straight, and her priorities right. But that won’t stop us from blowing her horn for her, and praising her superb leadership. It also won’t stop us from watching her back when weasels like Mitt Romney try to come in after the fact and act like they had something to offer, or played any role in the process.

This seems to be the plan Romney and the rest of the GOP show ponies want to follow. Let Sarah Palin go out and destroy the competition, then show up and say: "Step aside little lady, and let us ‘Good Old Boys’ take care of this."

Sorry boys, you are gonna have to EARN the presidential nomination this time. The days of saying "it’s my turn" are over in the Republican Party. We are sick of the establishment elites who think they are superior to the common man, and know what’s best for us. You are the guys who helped get us in this mess to start with!

Mitt, you had your chance to get out there and prove to the nation that you were a real leader. To take a stand, and join the fight, but you passed on that chance. You were too busy planning and calculating, and worried about your own political future to actually give a damn about the nation and fight to save it.

It’s too late now man. It’s quite obvious your services are not needed, and we are more than capable of saving America, and turning things around, without you.

You obviously have something more important to do than fight for Liberty and Freedom and save America from certain ruin.

Don’t let us keep you from it.

Sarah Palin Asks: Mr. President, Is A Strong America A Problem?

Of the four wars in my lifetime, none came about because the US was too strong
—Ronald Reagan—

This morning Sarah Palin has sent a second strong message to Barack Obama that he is on a dangerous path, a path that puts America and the free world in great peril.

As we wrote yesterday, Sarah called Obama out for his ridiculously insane statement: "
Whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower" Sarah called this "Unbelievable" and "Outrageous"

Sarah now adds this:

Mr. President, is a strong America a problem?

Asked this week about his faltering efforts to advance the Middle East peace process, President Obama did something remarkable. In front of some 47 foreign leaders and hundreds of reporters from all over the world, President Obama said that "
whether we like it or not, we remain a dominant military superpower."

Whether we like it or not? Most Americans do like it. America’s military may be one of the greatest forces for good the world has ever seen, liberating countless millions from tyranny, slavery, and oppression over the last 234 years. As a dominant superpower, the United States has won wars hot and cold; our military has advanced the cause of freedom in Iraq and Afghanistan and kept authoritarian powers like Russian and China in check.

It is in America’s and the world’s interests for our country to remain a dominant military superpower, but under our great country’s new leadership that dominance seems to be slipping away. President Obama has ended production of the F-22, the most advanced fighter jet this country has ever built. He’s gutted our missile defense program by eliminating shield resources in strategic places including Alaska. And he’s ended the program to build a new generation of nuclear weapons that would have ensured the reliability of our nuclear deterrent well into the future. All this is in the context of the country’s unsustainable debt that could further limit defense spending. As one defense expert recently explained:

The president is looking to eliminate the last vestiges of the Reagan-era buildup. Once the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are "ended" (not "won"), the arms control treaties signed, and defense budgets held at historic lows while social entitlements and debt service rise to near-European levels, the era of American superpower will have passed.

The truth is this: by his actions we see a president who seems to be much more comfortable with an American military that isn’t quite so dominant and who feels the need to apologize for America when he travels overseas. Could it be a lack of faith in American exceptionalism? The fact is that America and our allies are safer when we are a dominant military superpower – whether President Obama likes it or not.

- Sarah Palin

As always, Sarah is spot on. A strong America means a safe world. Throughout our nation’s history, every time America has pulled back from the world stage, really bad things have happened. In fact, in the last century, two world wars could may have been averted had America projected her strengths instead of being isolationist.

In more recent history, under another failed president, Jimmy Carter, we saw timidity coupled with ineptness on the world stage give birth to a renewed Islamic extremist movement which led directly to the terror attacks on September 11, 2001 that killed so many innocent Americans. Islamic extremists have killed untold numbers of innocent people world wide since the Carter years.

Sadly, Obama is such an inept leader and radical ideologue, that we find ourselves actually wishing we had a President who was
only as dangerously stupid as Jimmy Carter.

Sarah Links to an article in The Weekly Standard that is a must read. One point sticks out to me though that really says it all about the Obama regime:

Obama seeks a quiet world in order to focus his efforts on domestic reform—and to create conditions that would allow him to dismantle some of the national security state inherited from the Cold War and given new life and vigor after 9/11. Preferring disarmament agreements to military buildups and hoping to substitute regional balance-of-power arrangements for massive unilateral U.S. force commitments all over the globe, the president wishes ultimately for an orderly world in which burdens are shared and the military power of the United States is a less prominent feature on the international scene.

Look, Obama and his party leaders are all radical Marxists. Many of the Obama regime’s top advisers are 1960's rejects,... radicals who sought to bring America down and create some sort of communist utopia. Congress is full of these types as well.

The way Obama and his radical regime looks at it is the way the Marxist-democrat party has looked at national security expenditures for a half century: Every dollars spent protecting America, every dollar spent defending our nation and our allies, is a dollar that cannot be spent on some insane social engineering project designed to transform American society into their vision of a Soviet style utopia.

Radicals like Obama want a strong central command and control style of government that would shred the Constitution and take away all freedoms and liberty, exchanging them for a "
benevolent dictatorship" that would control every function and facet of your life.

To these radicals anything that stands in their way of creating this "
benevolent dictatorship" must go. This includes the protection of America and her allies.

Now should you think Obama himself is the only one infected with these ludicrous visions, his Science Czar, John Holdren, echoed this sentiment earlier in the week when he said this:

WH Science ‘Czar’ Message to Students
Uploaded by burghnews. - Watch the latest news videos.

Again, in the eyes of the Obama regime, a strong America, an America that is competitive world wide is not desirable. These radicals have a deeply embedded hatred for America and American exceptionalism.

For decades Marxist-democrats have sought to end American exceptionalism, to apologize to the world for America’s greatness. In the eyes of these people, American’s greatness, our exceptionalism, is somehow unfair to the rest of the world.

The kind of mental gymnastics one must go through to reach that conclusion are simply mind boggling.

We agree with Sarah Palin’s way of thinking: A strong America is one of the greatest forces for good the world has ever known. America’s place as the world’s only Super Power is something we should be proud of, not apologize for.

Sarah Palin Lightning In A Bottle

Thunder is good, thunder is impressive; but it is lightning that does the work.

–Mark Twain

I’ve been on this earth a half a century. I’ve experienced a lot of history first hand, and studied history even further, and in all of my time I have never experienced anything or anyone like Sarah Palin.

To say that Sarah Palin is a dynamic figure is a gross understatement. Sarah is a woman who commands attention, and commands respect. Oh yeah, she has her detractors, everyone does, but they are only making themselves more and more irrelevant with each passing day. These Palin deniers might try and tell themselves that Sarah Palin doesn’t matter, but that simply doesn’t make it so!

The radical left and the media (yes, yes..
I know, same thing) have tried to set up a narrative that Sarah doesn’t matter, that she is irrelevant. And yet, they follow her every word. It has become quite comical to watch the Palin deniers twist themselves into knots every time she says or does something.

Take this past weekend. Sarah Palin was
everywhere. On a weekend that featured not only the Super Bowl but the kick off to the NASCAR season, Sarah was the big story, the one getting all of the attention.

Let’s take a look at her itinerary starting on Friday. As we reported, Sarah made a stop in Salina, Kansas to speak to the local Chamber of Commerce. This was reportedly the largest ever such gathering for a Chamber meeting.

Here is the audio from Sarah’s speech via Kevin Wright and C4P:

Wait a minute, hold the phone! That sure didn’t
sound like some airhead speaking, did it? I guess the Palin deniers didn’t bother to listen to this speech. I know they certainly don’t want you to listen!

What I heard was an experienced Chief Executive talking about success, and how to duplicate it. Now I know that Sarah doesn’t have slick marketing slogans or tired generalizations like "
hope and change," but I think we can "settle" for some real solid ideas, and knowledge, can’t we?

From Salina, Sarah went on to Nashville where she headlined the first annual National Tea Party Convention.

To say that Sarah Palin knocked it out of the park with her rousing speech would be like saying that Shakespear fellow "
wrote some good plays!" Sarah was remarkable. Strong, confident, and on target.

While Sarah spoke on her signature issues: fiscal responsibility, and energy independence, but she spent the largest portion of her speech talking about national security. Something President Obama, a total failure in this arena, avoided like the plague in his State of the Union Speech.

The left tries to portray her as someone with no knowledge of foreign affairs. They don’t dare tell people that it was Sarah’s strong answers on foreign policy and national defense that led John McCain to choose her of 24 other candidates as his running mate!

Sarah speaks very strongly on issues of national security, and when it comes to fighting terrorism, takes a page out of Reagan’s policy on fighting evil, simply stating her position: "
We win, they lose."

Sarah, was introduced to the large crowd by media mogul Andrew Breitbart. She received multiple standing ovations and continuous loud applause from the audience. Her speech which totally eclipsed the President’s State of the Union speech, was followed by a question and answer session.

Video courtesy of
Palin TV:

After the speech, the corrupt, Obamacentric media didn’t know what to do or say. They simply couldn’t refute her speech, or her facts. They absolutely couldn’t deny her strong support from those in attendance.

Now generally, the left tries to tell everyone that Sarah is dumb, or that her speeches "
ramble" and are "dis-jointed and incoherent" but America has come to realize the left is just projecting, and if anything, they are describing their leader, Barack Obama, who can’t give a coherent, substantial speech to save his life. In fact, as Obama’s popularity has slipped, his speeches have become more and more erratic and incoherent.

What we witnessed in Nashville was a powerful woman who knows exactly what she is trying to do, and is doing it well. It was incredibly fitting that Sarah gave this speech on the 99th birthday of one of our greatest Presidents, Ronald Reagan.. Sarah was nothing short of
Reaganesque in her delivery. She was solid, and engaging. Sarah laid out her vison for America, an America that is prosperous, safe, and free.

So, unable to refute Sarah, unable to compete in the marketplace of ideas, the media, which is basically a propaganda arm for
Obama, Inc., went on to become a full parody of itself.

In what looked more like a
Saturday Night Live skit poking fun of the media, the press, decided that they would focus on the fact that Sarah had some words written on her hand!

This reached high levels of absurdity very quickly, with slow motion replays and all. Frankly, it was simply delicious. It proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the left is done. They literally have nothing left. They have been defeated soundly by this housewife and mother from Wasilla, Alaska!

While the left was tying itself in knots with their mental gymnastics over Sarah’s scriblings, Sarah was on the move. Taped on Saturday, an interview with Chris Wallace for
Fox News Sunday was next:

To me, this may have been Sarah’s best interview. Part of the credit goes to Chris Wallace. The guy asks the tough questions. No one could accuse this of being a "
soft ball" interview. Poised and confident, this is the kind of interview that makes Sarah shine. This interview was the most watched in FNS history, and beat out all of the other Sunday shows in ratings.

Sarah answered a number of questions that are on the people’s minds, and gave a pretty solid answer about the question of will she or won’t she, regarding 2012.

Of course, there was no time for Sarah to relax and take it all in. Sunday afternoon Sarah was in the Great State of Texas to rally supporters for Governor Rick Perry. It was a large vocal crowd that met her there. Sarah is incredibly popular here in Texas. She represents the strong, independent spirit of the Lone Star State very well. With that in mind, Governor Perry bestowed on her one of the greatest honors a person can achieve, and named Sarah an honorary Texan!

Video of her speech:

Solid, red meat stuff from Sarah Palin!

Oh and the hand thing? Sarah showed the media just how little they, and their criticism matter to her:

As we wrote yesterday, this is why we know Sarah will be our next President. This woman is fearless, and unlike most pols, absolutely doesn’t give a damn what the media thinks of her!

Last June Sarah was talking about the fact that her opposition wanted her to just sit down and shut up. Her response was "
Politically, if I die, I die, but I won’t sit down, and I won’t shut up!" This has turned into a battle cry for all patriots, as Sarah has inspired millions to not "sit down and shut up" and to get out there and let their voices be heard, to make a real difference!

If Sarah Palin never does anything else in her life, she will have had a positive influence on America by just inspiring so many to answer the call to action, and to stand up and hold our corrupt government accountable. Sarah has been one of those who have sparked a real revolution in this country, a revolution that is seeing those corrupt government officials fall, one by one, and real patriots take their places.

This was an incredible weekend for Sarah Palin. Sarah established herself solidly as the true leader in America. There is absolutely no doubt now, that if she chooses that path, the presidency in 2012 is hers. There is simply no other leader in America that has the ability and the courage to bring America back from the brink of disaster.

Rich Galen’s
Mullings column over the weekend reinforces something that has been true since the day Sarah Palin burst onto the national scene. If you remember, during the 2008 campaign, once Sarah was introduced to the world, the Obama campaign rarely ran against, or mentioned John McCain. They were always running against Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin was considered, for their purposes, Obama’s equal.

As Rich points out, Sarah Palin is still Obama’s equal:

* Here's how you know, if you are the President of the United States, that things are going in the wrong direction.

You have scheduled a speech to the Democratic National Committee meeting in Washington, DC.

It snows about 20 inches in Washington, DC weakening your arguments for cap-and-trade legislation

A car spins into the press van traveling with your motorcade

You do the speech and generate headlines like this one from the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram:

Obama Seeks to Rally Glum Dems Amid GOP Challenges

* Meanwhile Sarah Palin's keynote speech to the Tea Party meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, is covered like your State of the Union Address had been two weeks earlier, leading the chattering class to compare your appearance with that of Gov. Palin.

* Palin's speech generated headlines like this in the Nashville Tennessean:

Palin: Tea Party Movement is a Call to Action

* Here's a basic rule of political counter-punching: You want your lowest ranking person in a public fight with your opponent's highest ranking person - preferably your opponent.

* For example, if you are managing the campaign for the guy running against an incumbent for Congress, you want to have the kid who does the morning clips in a public argument with the Congressman.

* That diminishes the Congressman and enhances the clips kid.

* Over weekend the losing candidate for Vice President was, for all intents and purposes, treated as the political equal of the President of the United States.

*This, if you are in the political shop at the White House, is not good.

You can read more here.

Now as far as we are concerned, Sarah Palin is far superior to Barack Obama in any and every category, but in the context, Sarah Palin is indeed the equal of the President of the United States. Sarah commands the same amount of attention as the President, and her words are just as powerful as those that come from the Office of the President.

As we witnessed throughout the summer and fall of 2009 and still witness today, just a few words written by Sarah on Facebook have the power to change history. While she didn’t do it alone, Sarah’s tough talk on both
ObamaCare and cap and tax helped scuttle both disastrous initiatives.

Sarah commands our attention and respect because she is working hard. Sarah is working hard to take the commonsense conservative message to everyone in the country. With that in mind, Monday morning, Sarah was still in Houston and appeared as a motivational speaker at a business conference headlined by some of our nation’s strongest leaders that included herself, Rudy Giuliani, Lou Holtz, Zig Ziegler, Colin Powell, and Microsoft President Rick Belluzzo.

Once that was over, Sarah was on her way to Redding, California where she had two sold out appearances at the
Sierra Cascade Loggers Conference. You can read more here.

Oh, and written on the palm of her hand: "
Loggers Rule!"

Sarah Palin Punks The Huffington Post: The Reason She will Be Elected President In 2012

Unless you live under a rock, you know that over the past few days Sarah Palin has rocked the world. Sarah spoke at what is being reported as the largest ever Chamber of Commerce meeting in the country on Friday night, and by Sunday afternoon, was sharing the stage with Rock and Roll icon Ted Nugent in Houston, Texas, where, in front of an enthusiastic, overflow crowd, Governor Rick Perry gave her a proclamation naming her an honorary Texan.

Now being a Texan, I can tell you that is something that we don’t take lightly. Being born a Texan is a special blessing, and we don’t hand out the honorary stuff to just anyone.

Of course, the really big deal this weekend, proclamation notwithstanding, was Sarah’s appearance at the first ever National Tea Party Convention, where she spoke to the nation, it was the real State of the Union speech, if you will.

The speech was incredible. It was stirring and emotional, Sarah pulled no punches. The speech was followed by a lively question and answer session from the event moderator. Sarah also set down with
Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace for a hard hitting interview, where she hit another home run.

We’ll have a video and analysis coming. (Hey... it’s the weekend!)

Anyhow, the Saturday night speech in Nashville was a game changer. It was very fitting that Sarah gave such a powerful speech on the occasion of the 99th birthday of one of our greatest Presidents, Ronald Reagan.

So powerful was the speech that the moonbats on the left weren’t sure how to attack her. I mean let’s face it, progressives can’t compete in the marketplace of ideas. They know they will lose. It’s why all of their attacks on their opponents have to be so personal. (and false) If forced to argue strictly on the merit of their ideas, progressives would be laughed off the planet, so...they lie, hate, and scheme.

The best (worst?) Of the bunch at spreading lies and hate is the
Huffington Post. We’ve long reported the ties that Zsa Zsa over there has to the money people behind the smears on Sarah Palin. We’ve also reported on the various members of Obama’s Alaska Mafia, hate mongers and serial liars like Shannyn Moore and Jeanne Devon, who she provides editorial space to, so they can spread their lies and hate.

Anyhow, these are ridiculous little people devoid of any worth to humanity whatsoever, and totally without one single redeeming quality.

Now again, none of these people could argue with Sarah’s red meat speeches or interviews. I mean how do you argue against liberty, freedom, and a strong national defense?

So they went looking. What did these loons come up with?

Oh the horror, Sarah Palin had a few notes scrawled on her hand! That’s right, this "
rube" wrote a few things on her hand. How unsophisticated. How common, how ordinary.

Andrew Marcus over at Big Government has the "
evidence" of the scribblings here.

Now the left is all over the place on this. To some it means she’s not "
presidential" because she did something that pretty much everyone of us have done at least once in their life. To others it means she’s "dumb" because she needed notes to give a speech. Never mind Obama takes his teleprompter with him everywhere, lest he be left to his own devices, which is not pretty, as Obama is more gaffetastic than his famously gaffe prone Vice President.

I mean this guy has to have a teleprompter in a staff meeting, and while talking to school kids! How sad.

Anyhow, the left has just been having a field day with all of this today. They actually think this is something anyone with a brain cares about. That somehow this hurts Sarah.

I love the smell of desperation on the morning!

The far left moonbats like Huffington and her writers are so out of touch with America it’s simply pathetic. This is why the corrupt,
Obamacentric media is going broke. They have no idea who their audience is or what they care about.

Most Americans look at Sarah and see themselves. Sarah is every man/woman. She’s one of us. And ya know, gosh darn it, she does things just like we do ‘em.

For Sarah’s part, she just punked the hell out of
Zsa Zsa and her writers over at HuffPo!

If you look closely, the writing on Sarah's hand says "
Hi mom!"

This dear readers is why Sarah Palin will be the next President of the United States. Oh, we’ll elect her because of her stellar record of achievements, for her strong record of getting the job done, of course, but it’s her spirit, her absolute refusal to lay down and play dead when the hate mongers on the left go after her that puts her heads and shoulders above anyone and everyone else in politics today.

Just as Ronald Reagan was smiling down on our Sarah on Saturday night, he was having a hardy chuckle with her on Sunday afternoon! Reagan was a master at hammering his opponents with a smile. It’s obvious that Sarah is cut from that same presidential cloth!

Our friends over at HillBuzz agree. Their take on this is dead on:

The reason Sarah Palin will be President in 2012, distilled in one picture

Hi Mom.

That’s what Sarah Palin wrote on her hand today, technically, before speaking at a campaign rally for Rick Perry in Texas.

"
Hi Mom" can also be loosely translated as "F-U, Lefties".

Here’s what Sarah Palin did today, and why it’s not only brilliant, but it’s the chief reason this woman will be our 45th President.

She hit the Left back, in a subtle way that drives them crazy. THAT, friends, is quite an art form. We respect everyone alive who practices this sort of Fu.

Palin knew the Left, particularly the
Huffington Post, has been trying to create an issue of several words Palin wrote on her hand before the Tea Party Convention speech yesterday: Energy, Taxes, American Spirit.

We do this too, FYI, whenever we have to do any public speaking, since we don’t usually take notecards with us or have a podium in front of us. We just write down a few key words, on our palm, so that we cover the three or four things we really wanted to talk about…lest we miss one of them. Unlike the current president, we don’t have a
TelePrompTer traveling with us everywhere we go. Neither does Palin.

We hope Palin makes the "
Hi Mom" thing a regular inside-joke.

The
Huffalumps tried to make an issue of her palm-notes…and obsessed over staring at pictures of them yesterday…so Palin sent them a message today, letting them know she’s aware they are scrutinizing her palms…so she might as well send her Mom a message.

Those of you who met Mrs. Heath on Palin’s book tour have told us she’s a VERY nice woman (Mr. Heath too)…so we say "
Hi Sarah’s Mom" today too.

Palin is quick with responses to the lunatics on the Left, which is remarkable. She gets in front of a story before it becomes an issue. She hits back hard when needed, but can use more subtle smacks when those are more appropriate.

We think she effectively disarmed this issue, in a humorous, fun way that’s relatable to average Americans.

Her ninja throwing star Facebook dispatches are well-crafted and deadly to her opponents.

Today, she proved her more subtle hits can be just as effective.

This woman has all the skills she needs to become President in two years.

All that’s missing is her ground team…of which we, and hopefully YOU, will surely be a part.

Go, Sarah, Go!

They are so right! Here’s the thing Sarah has that no other political figure in the country, on either side, has: Courage.

Sarah Palin is fearless. She got her "
Sarahcuda" nickname while playing championship high school basketball. She was a tough player then, and an ever tougher player now.

This is the kind of leader a great nation deserves. Someone who doesn’t lay over and play dead when they are attacked by guttersnipes and low-lifes. Someone who doesn’t seek the approval of the radical elements of society.

Sarah is a hard nosed, tough minded leader. She also has a wicked sense of humor. I’m sure Ronnie would approve, I know we do!

Sarah Palin: Living In Barack Obama’s Head Rent Free

Tuesday night the plans of Barack Obama and the democrat/communist party took some severe blows in New Jersey and Virginia. A strong message was sent by the American people that we are not pleased with Obama’s perverted vision for America. That he and his democrat/communist party are on the wrong track.

So who is the focus of White House greaseball David Axelrod? Sarah Palin!

That’s right, this supposed insignificant, washed up "quitter." I mean that’s what the democrat/communists and their lap dogs in the media shout all day every day. For such an insignificant woman, Sarah sure does take up an incredible amount of the White House’s and the media’s air time on a daily basis!

Axelrod is proclaiming the White House is 2-0 against Sarah Palin after Tuesday’s elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York’s 23rd congressional district.

Now of course, they count the presidential loss by John McCain in this deal.

Looking back, the very second Sarah Palin stepped on the national stage Barack Obama and the democrat/communist party ceased to care about beating John McCain and went into full panic mode, followed by hyper attack mode, a mode that they are still in to this day!

The amount of gymnastics Obama and his team of Chicago street thugs and his Alaska Mafia have performed while trying to stop Sarah is nothing short of extraordinary. They have had their billionaire buddies fund schemes, they’ve coordinated
with 3rd rate hate bloggers and so on. They’ve put the full force of the White House as well as their compliant media lackeys up against this supposedly insignificant, washed up moose hunter from Wasilla.

To borrow from Shakespeare, me thinks they doth protest too much!

Frankly, in politics, if your opponent is committing suicide you know the best thing to do is get out of their way and let them have at it. You certainly don’t break out in a cold sweat at the mere mention of her name!

If Sarah Palin was such a "disaster" these people would be promoting her, giving her soft ball interviews, and doing absolutely everything they could to make absolutely sure she was the GOP candidate in 2012.

Remember how John McCain was treated by a fawning media before he became the candidate, only to be attacked unmercifully by the same media once he had the nomination? Well, if Sarah was the "joke" they claim she is, that is the sort of treatment she would get.

You notice there is a distinct absence of attacks on Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee, the media anointed "front runners." You don’t have people running around with their hair on fire screaming they have to stop these two! There is no "stop Mitt Romney (or Mike Huckabee) at all costs" mentality among the democrat/communists!

They know they can easily beat them!

Let’s look at the White House’s so called "glorious victory" over this insignificant housewife.

In NY 23 the White House put forth a maximum effort. Barack Obama himself hosted a fund raiser for Bill Owens. At the last minute they parachuted in hundreds of seasoned Obama campaign operatives. The DNC spent a ton of money.

Joe Biden was sent in the day before the election.

OK, that’s probably a net loss and a gain for Sarah because he made the mistake of "acting stupidly" while attacking Sarah. Biden basically set him up for one of the ‘Cuda’s signature smack downs! How does that song go..."You don’t tug on Superman’s cape...you don’t spit in the wind....."

Comically, our Vice President spoke to a "huge" crowd of 250 people, 50 of which were media . For perspective, Sarah was in the same area this summer and drew over 20,000 locals.

Anyhow, back to NY-23.

Here’s what Doug Hoffman, and in the White House’s frantic mind, Sarah Palin faced. Doug Hoffman came into this special election unknown and poorly funded. His reasoning for the challenge was the fact that a backroom deal saw a candidate that was more radical than half of the democrat/communists in the NY Assembly being trotted out to run as a "Republican."

Obviously, being a lifelong Conservative Republican, that just didn’t compute with accountant Doug Hoffman. Made no sense. This woman wasn’t just a democrat lite "moderate" she was a full on radical democrat/communist "progressive," who it now appears was a plant, judging from her actions after she dropped out of the race.

Now seeing the situation, Conservative leaders nationwide took up Doug’s cause. Dick Armey and his Club For Growth were early supporters. Conservative icon Fred Thompson and his wife Jeri were strong supporters as well. In fact, Jeri was working incredibly hard behind the scenes doing whatever it took to get some support.

Then came Sarah’s endorsement. An unconditional, all in, full on support for Doug, from Facebook. On the strength of one posting on Facebook, hundreds of thousands of dollars started flooding into Hoffman’s campaign coffers in just one day. Doug went from a distant third to front runner status over night.

In the end, Doug was not able to overcome the damage done by DeDe Scozzafava, who was given some sort of deal by the White House (Rahm Emanuel himself spoke with her) to join the democrat/communist effort to stop Doug Hoffman.

In short, here’s how it went. You have Doug Hoffman, a mild mannered, camera shy, slightly nerdy, non politician accountant, turned American patriot, who went from unknown to within a couple of points of being a United States congressman.

The effort to defeat this man was enormous. You not only had the full force and effort of the White House, and Barack Obama coming to bear, you also had, up until the last days, the full force and efforts, as well as a reported $1 million from the Republican party to support the slug they picked, and attack Hoffman.

On top of that, you had this democrat/communist plant, "republican" poseur DeDe Scozzafava turning around, endorsing Bill Owens and campaigning for Bill Owens. Plus, a sycophantic national media totally in love with the President cheerleading all the way.

In the end, you have a great patriot, but inexperienced candidate who went from 18-20 percent in the polls to 46 percent in the real vote, based on the count as it now stands. (There are still absentee votes to count and several vote machines were impounded, which means there may have been some typical democrat/communist fraud)

The final "score" was Owens/Obama 49 and Hoffman/Palin 46. (I’m using the White House’s logic here)

Hmmm. To put this into perspective, since the White House wants this to be all about Sarah:

One the White Houses side, you had efforts by Obama, Biden, Emanuel, ACORN, Scozzafava, and the adoring media, plus highly experienced ground troops. Even better, in their efforts Obama and company were aided by a feckless Republican effort that saw an incredible amount of money thrown away, Newt Gingrich insulting the entire Conservative movement, and the GOP "machine" working to undermine Hoffman.

The extent of the "Hoffman/Palin effort" was a single post on Facebook from Sarah asking America to get behind the patriot from New York!

Yes, I know this is oversimplifying all of the hard work that followed on Doug’s behalf, but I’m using the White House’s logic here, so bear with me.

We have a maximum effort, a full court press by the White House, teamed up with a maximum effort, a full court press by the GOP, and they could only win this race by three points?

All of these big bad "political heavyweights" and they could only manage a nail biting squeaker against a hockey mom and her laptop posting on a social networking website from 4000 miles away!

Man, if these pathetic little people want to crow about that, I say let ‘em!

However, if we REALLY want to take their absurd premise further down the road, they look much, much worse. Using the White House’s own logic, that every race is a race against Sarah Palin, and no one else, let’s look at Virginia.

In Virginia Sarah was asked to record messages to voters for the get out the vote efforts. These "robocalls" were used to gin up support for all of the candidates. How did that turn out again?

Oh yeah, it was a blowout!

Not only did Republicans sweep all three top jobs, they did it big. All of them won with 15-20 plus point margins of victory!

Wanna keep score that way White House?

How about Sarah Palin 3 White House 1* (*with assist from the NRCC and the GOP)

Now we won’t even talk about the disastrous showing in New Jersey. Barack Obama all but moved to New Jersey in an effort to drag Jon Corzine across the finish line. Not only did the normal ACORN shenanigans take place, but it was found that elements of the DNC were actually funding efforts of the third party candidate Chris Daggett who was syphoning votes from the brand new Governor-elect, Chris Christie.

As Rush Limbaugh put it, Barack Obama losing in New Jersey is like Fidel Castro losing in Cuba!

No, Sarah didn’t put forth any efforts in New Jersey, but looking at her past efforts on the behalf of candidates, Christie might have won by a larger margin if she had!

The White House wants you to forget the very first Palin/Obama showdown of the hopenchange era. This battle took place before Obama even took office. I’m speaking, of course, about the Georgia runoff race for the U.S. Senate.

Georgia rules state someone must win by 50.1 percent of the vote, or there must be a runoff between the highest vote getters. This was a three man race, so incumbent Saxby Chamliss, the Republican, faced a challenge. Hopenchange fever was still in the air, and everyone was down there helping push for the democrat/communist candidate. On the Republican side, every name brand guy was there. All on both sides played to sparse crowds. It was a dead heat race according to the last poll taken going into the weekend before the vote.

Sarah Palin was dispatched to Georgia. She came in on a Sunday night and went to a fund raiser. The next day she held four rallies in support of Chambliss. The crowds were huge, and in the end, Saxby won a 16 point blowout! He loudly praised Sarah, talking her up to anyone who would listen!

Again, using White House logic, such that it is, that puts the score at Sarah Palin 4 White House 1*

Now I know the White House counts their win over McCain as a loss for Sarah, and yes, I guess it was, but oh man, McCain’s loss had nothing to do with the ‘Cuda. Every indication is she was worth 10-15 points in that contest to McCain. It was going to be a McCain loss of biblical proportions before Sarah joined the ticket. She drew incredible and enthusiastic crowds everywhere she went, where there were none before. She created an excitement that was nonexistent before.

It was an inept campaign, and a poor uninspiring top of the ticket that hurt McCain. The complete uselessness of those in the McCain campaign can never be overstated. But, again, using the White House’s own methodology, let’s give them a point.

Sarah Palin 4 White House 2*

Now, lets look at some facts, every single candidate that Sarah has been involved with since November 3, 2008 has seen incredible gains in their polling numbers. Every single candidate that Barack Obama has gotten involved with, except one, has seen massive losses.

Again, I’m using Obamalogic here, such that it is. Sarah campaigns for Chambliss and he gains 14-16 points. Sarah writes a Facebook post and Doug Hoffman gains anywhere from 24-28 percentage points, depending on which polling you look at.

That’s incredibly strong.

So far, an Obama endorsement is pretty much the kiss of death!

Let’s see, the guy takes his circus to Copenhagen to personally shill for his corrupt buddies in Chicago to help them get an Olympic date. Chicago was the first eliminated from consideration

Obama is all over Virginia, and loses huge, all three top jobs going to Republicans in a huge way. Obama all but takes up residence in Jon Corzine’s New Jersey guest room, and he loses the bluest state in the union!

Seems to me if you want at least a chance at winning an election, it’s Sarah Palin, not Barack Obama who you want on your side!

All of this incredibly silly gymnastics from the White House to somehow spin an epic loss on Tuesday into a win against Sarah Palin just shows you that she is living in their heads rent free!

Sarah has unpacked her bags, propped her feet up on their collective couch and is having a great time just toying with them. It’s breathtaking to watch!
