Will she or won’t she run for President?
I once laid out the reasons why Sarah Palin has a better shot of becoming president than Barack Obama did before Obama announced his candidacy during the 2008 election cycle.
And while conventional wisdom among the chattering class continues to lean against Palin mounting a presidential run, Palin has been courting the conservative base while not alienating swing voters in swing states such as Ohio, Colorado, and Florida better than any potential GOP contender.
Too often, those who cover Palin do not listen to her words or read her statements, Facebook postings, or tweets. As a result, conventional wisdom holds that Palin is setting herself up to be an entertainer, a conservative money maker, or a right-wing flame thrower who seeks only to rouse up the conservative base and get rich quick off of it. If those who proffer these theories had listened to and read her words closely, they would know that Palin has been telling everyone that she is running for president in 2012. Here are ten reasons why.

I'll be honest, when I see these type of articles I usually flinch, because they are generally written poorly, or way off base. This is not the case with Tony Lee's Top 10!
Writing for Human Events Lee lays out all of the signs that point to a run for the White House by Sarah Palin. We've been reporting on all of these events, and pretty much agree that Sarah will run, and win. She's sitting back and getting her ducks in a row, while the wannabees get out there and look foolish. I know a lot of supporters are dying for her to go ahead and announce already, but she's being prudent. Remember, Ronald Reagan didn't enter the 1980 presidential race until the late fall of 1979.
We've become accustomed to presidential races that start early and drag on forever. There's something to be said for waiting for the appropriate time and then going at it with everything you have.
Sarah Palin is an incredible strategist. This goes all the way back to her championship basketball days. She's looking at the lay of the land right now, getting her game plan together. When she does announce, you can bet she will have a solid plan for victory. When Sarah Palin plays, she plays to win, and she's said when she runs she will definitely be "in it to win it."
As Sarah also is fond of pointing out that, as screwed up as things are now with Obama at the helm, it's nothing a good old fashioned election won't cure!
Check out Tony Lee's Top 10 here. I think you'll find he nails it.
